Pro Style cooking oil is specially created for frying in a pan or deep-fried. In contrast to classic sunflower oil frying with Pro Style oil is much faster which significantly reduces oil consumption. Pro Style oil doesn’t foam and is much less oxidized when reused.

They special recipe exludes the high oil absorption by vegetable and meat products – they get golden crust without the effect of increased fat content.

The specially developed formula contains can significantly reduce the rate of oxidation during frying.
